Regional Visual Merchandising Manager for Los Angeles County and surrounding areas. Managed a team of 45 full-time employees. Partnered with Regional Vice President with marketing efforts, daily merchandise rotation, in-store events, plus coaching and training of over 800 regional employees. Elevated the Nordstrom brand through execution of large-scale events, fashion shows, and store openings nationwide. Managed a budget of over 1.2 million annually and came in under budget consistently every year, propelling the LA Region to the #1 top producing region during tenure.
